To return your order ,You need to contact Bong Mania's customer service within 24 hours from receiving the parcel. The goods need to be undamaged and in their original condition. Customer service will advise you with the best options.

You need to take a photo of the faulty/damaged item and email it to admin@bongmania.com.au within 24 hours , the customer service team will assess it and organise the return.( T&cs apply)
