We will refund, credit or replace goods that are found to be damaged or faulty on arrival,you need to contact Bong Mania Australia via email within 7 days from receiving the goods to able to lodge a claim.One of our team members will then contact you to offer the appropriate solution.

We cannot process claims for used or misused items.

We do accept change of mind returns if you contact us via email within 24 hours from receiving the order.You will be responsible for shipping cost.We can only offer exchange or credit in change of mind returns.

Please pack the fragile goods properly before sending them back , we won’t be able to process a claim if we receive the returned goods damaged due to not being packaged appropriately.
