I’m not sure how to rate it as I haven’t received the parcel yet. I cannot blame you as there’s things that could halt the delivery.

This company sends your product with a Bong Mania sticker advertising themselves and letting your local post office and postie know what is likely in the parcel.
Discretion is not their style. If you live in a small country town and want to keep your personal life private Bong Mania does not help you.

Sorry to hear you feel this way.
We actually use “Smoke Mania” rather than “Bong Mania” on our sender details. We are required to include a return address and business name in case Australia Post is unable to deliver the parcel for any reason and needs to return it to us.
We understand that discretion is important to many customers. If a customer requests discreet shipping in the order notes at checkout, we typically shorten the sender name from “Smoke Mania” to “S Mania” to make it even less identifiable.
We hope this helps clarify our shipping practices.
